If the product you ordered online is not what you wanted, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To return your ordered products, please follow the steps below: make sure you have read the Return Policy on www.teilor.ro and that the jewellery you wish to return meets the return conditions.
If you return jewellery paid for with a gift card, you will receive a new electronic gift card with a balance equal to the value of the returned jewellery for which you requested a refund;
If you return jewellery paid for using a combination of gift card and credit card, the amount will be refunded first to the credit card, and for the remaining balance to be refunded, another electronic gift card will be issued.
Returned jewellery will be sent via Cargus courier. Register your return request at www.teilor.ro/myaccount or contact us at contact@teilor.com or +40 736 555 999, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00.
The package must contain: the product, invoice, completed and signed return form, warranty certificate, jewellery box and related promotional materials.
If you choose to ship the return package without contacting us in advance, shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. In this case, you are responsible for any packaging and/or handling irregularities found upon receipt of the return at the Seller's premises, or for loss of the package during transit.
Under the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, Teilor has the right to refuse returns of jewellery that are not in the same condition as at the time of delivery (damaged and/or showing signs of wear).
